>>​​​​​​​​​​. I press my Garage Door opener remote control or the Push button , the door goes up half way and stops?
Answer : Usually this means that the door may have a broken spring. This makes the door very heavy, the electric opener is made to sense this and shut off automatically.. We suggest that you do not try and operate the door until repairs have been performed.
>>.​​​​​​​​​​ My Garage Door goes up part way, or sometimes all the way up but is not straight in the opening?

Answer:Usually this means that the door has a cable off track or the cable is broken. Garage Doors can sometimes become so crooked that it damages the tracks. We suggest you do not try and operate the door until repairs have been performed.
>>.​​​​​​​​​​ My Garage Door is making a grinding sound and does not move smoothly?

Answer: Usually this means that the door has worn rollers. In some cases the actual wheel falls apart from the shaft and allows the roller to fall apart. We suggest that all the rollers be replaced. Usually there are a total of 10 for 7ft door and 12 for 8 ft door.
>>. ​​​​​​​​​​I press the button in the garage and my remote control. I can hear the motor run in the electric opener, but the door does not move smoothly or not at all?

Answer: Usually this means that the drive gear in the electric opener is stripped, not allowing the drive assembly attached to the door to move. We suggest, that you do not try and operate the door. This will cause the motor to overheat and cause more damage. If possible, unplug or turn the power off to the opener.
>>.when I push the garage door button the door does not go down and the opener light blinks?

Answer: check both saftey sensors lights and make sure that both are lit and nothing is in the way between them, if of them has no light on try to check the wire or it may need to readjusted to be in opposite of the other sensor ,keep moving it till the light goes on.
